Remote support allows us to connect to your computer, to see your screen and to operate your keyboard and mouse. There are no security concerns because we can only do this when you specifically let us in and you can see exactly what we are doing.
This approach saves time and money and many problems can be sorted in this way including...
- Email setup, configuration and problem solving
- General fault finding
- Computer 'clean ups' which may speed up elderly or slow PCs
- Checking and optimising your computer settings
- Investigating malware or virus problems
Obviously, we can only do this if you have a working internet connection so if the problems lie in that are, a visit will probably be necessary.
